This All Ages Edition of The Book Club Game can easily be set up on–the–go, at home, at a community event or in the classroom. Players draw any story shared on the wipe-off surface of the game board and move around it collecting gems as they answer and internalize the unique generic questions that illuminate the deeper meaning of the story and connect it to the players’ lives.

Playing cards are coded with Bloom’s Taxonomy and The Story Elements so that players can become aware of these deep level questions that ensure critical thinking and strong comprehension as they make the story come alive. Listening and speaking are equally rewarded through the game’s many engaging tasks building strong communication skills.

Players‘ “Book Talk” throughout the game to create a personal booklist of each other’s favorite reads. They also jot down positive actions they can take to make their lives and the world better from inspiration gleaned from the story.
